This morning I got up and went to mow lawn. Dad helped me, which I was SO grateful for. Once we finished that I did pilates and took a shower. Then Grandma, Dad, and I ate lunch together and watched Nancy Drew...Reporter. :) I love being home with my family.
After lunch I did various planning activities, including looking over Vacation Bible School material and planning the Sunday worship service. I still have stuff to do for both, and I hope I haven't heaped my plate too full! (I'm sure it will be fine, it just seems like a lot at the moment.)
After a wonderful supper of spaghetti, Dad and I put in the air conditioner in my room. Thank the Lord! What was once a sauna is now rather comparable to the polar ice caps...but I'll take snowstorm any day over desert!
We topped off the day by watching Glee with the family. An interesting episode for sure. Not my favorite one, but I think it was better than the past few. Finally, my day was ended by voice chat with my bestie Emily Bowman. :) It made me mis her sooooooooooo much. Hopefully we'll be able to see each other a lot over the summer. We'll see...
